This policy applies to the English and Simplified Chinese ELTERAS TOKYO information site. The Japanese booking service and linked social platforms operate under their own notices and terms.
1. Information this site may handle
- Technical request data such as IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, date and time, and security events generated when the site is accessed.
- Information you voluntarily send by telephone, email, LINE or another linked contact channel. That information is handled in the channel you choose, not collected by this page itself.
- A device-local preference only when you choose ‘Always allow’ for optional third-party content. The preference does not contain your name, booking details or contact information.
This site does not ask you to enter payment-card information. Reservations and any information submitted during booking are handled on the separately linked official booking service.
2. Purposes
- Deliver pages, keep the service secure, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
- Respond to enquiries or reservation-related communications you initiate.
- Remember an optional third-party-content choice when you expressly request this.
- Comply with applicable law and protect guests, therapists and the salon.
3. Optional third-party content and external links
Google Maps and selected social timelines are blocked by default. They are requested only after you choose to load them. Once loaded, the provider receives the network request and may process data under its own policy, including outside Japan. Ordinary links to booking, LINE and social accounts contact those services only when you follow the link.

4. Sharing and international processing
Information may be handled by infrastructure, security and communication providers only as necessary to operate the site or respond to you, or when disclosure is required by law. Optional providers are contacted only after your consent or after you follow an external link. Provider systems may be located in countries with different privacy rules.
5. Retention and security
Technical and enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, dispute handling and service security. Access controls, transport encryption and data-minimisation measures are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion or restriction regarding personal information held by the salon, and may withdraw optional-content consent at any time. A request may require identity verification and may be limited where retention is legally required.

8. Age and policy updates
