Do I need a reservation?
Yes. ELTERAS TOKYO is appointment-only and does not accept walk-ins. Book online, by phone or through LINE before visiting.
How do I book online?
Choose a therapist or schedule slot and continue to the official booking page. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation.
Do I need a phone number to book?
Yes. A valid telephone number where the salon can reach you is required for every reservation. If you do not have a number that can receive calls while you are in Japan, contact the salon via LINE before booking.
Can international visitors use the salon?
Yes. This multilingual site explains the service and booking process. Many therapists can use translation apps, but support varies, so state your preferred language when booking.
Is there an extra fee for foreign visitors?
There is no separate inbound rate. International visitors use the same published course table as Japanese guests. Confirm the final total, especially for special-price therapists.
Where is the exact room?
After confirmation, you will receive the designated meeting point and entry instructions. Rooms are private and there is no waiting room.
What should I do when I arrive?
Go to the meeting point in your confirmation. Immediately before your entry time, call 03-6823-8165 and follow the instructions.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash and Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club are accepted. PayPay is currently unavailable.
Is displayed availability guaranteed?
No. Availability can change while you are viewing the schedule. Your appointment is complete only after official booking confirmation.
Is this a sexual service?
No. ELTERAS TOKYO is a relaxation salon and does not provide sexual services, rejuvenation massage or sensual massage. Guests must not touch therapists.
Is shower time included in the course?
Yes. A shower before treatment is required, and shower time is included in the booked course time.
Can I change my therapist after arrival?
No. The official rules state that the therapist cannot be changed after arrival.
What is the cancellation fee?
After confirmation, same-day cancellations, no-shows and cancellations judged malicious are charged at 100% of the course fee plus therapist request fees. No refund is provided after room entry.
Can women book a treatment?
Possibly. Availability for female guests varies by therapist, so contact the salon before booking.
Can I book if I have a health condition?
Service may be refused for certain symptoms or medical conditions. Review the health restrictions and consult a medical professional if unsure.
