Courses, prices, options and how to reserve

Reservation-only private rooms

ELTERAS TOKYO is available by appointment only in fully private rooms. Please book in advance by phone, official web reservation or LINE. Calls from public telephones, blocked caller IDs and IP-phone numbers such as numbers beginning with 050 cannot be accepted.

Arrival

There is no waiting room. After confirmation, go to the meeting point provided and call immediately before your reserved entry time. Enter exactly at the reserved time; walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

A valid telephone number where we can reach you is required for every reservation. If you do not have a number that can receive calls while you are in Japan, please contact the salon via LINE before booking.

Course & price

International visitors use the same published course table as Japanese guests. Your final total is the course price, any applicable therapist request or rank fee, and only the options you choose. Confirm the total on the official booking screen before submitting.

FLOW — What to expect

011. Book in advanceChoose a therapist, course and preferred start time, then book by web, phone or LINE. A reachable telephone number is required. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation.
022. Go to the designated meeting pointThere is no waiting room. Follow the location instructions sent after confirmation and arrive shortly before your reserved entry time.
033. Call before entryFrom the designated meeting point, call 03-6823-8165 immediately before your reserved entry time. Enter exactly at the confirmed time.
044. Complete the preference sheetAfter entering, complete the order sheet. Your therapist will ask about your condition and preferences and recommend a suitable course.
055. Tell us your preferencesTell your therapist your preferred oil amount, pressure level and conversation style. A welcome drink is provided.
066. Shower before treatmentA shower is required before treatment. Shower time is included in the booked course time. Each amenity is limited to one per guest.
077. Enjoy your treatmentRelax with ELTERAS TOKYO's oil treatment, tailored to your condition and preferences.
088. After the treatmentIf time permits, enjoy a brief conversation and ask questions about your body or treatment. Keep valuables with you at all times.

Payment

Cash and credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club. Request card payment at reception. PayPay is currently unavailable according to the official notice dated April 2, 2026.
