Important information

• Treatments are intended for relaxation and are not medical treatment. The salon is not a hospital, clinic or medical treatment facility.
• The salon is not responsible for lost valuables. Please manage your belongings yourself.
• Treatment may be available to women depending on the therapist. Please contact the salon in advance.
• A selected therapist may be absent or delayed because of health or other circumstances.
• Guests must not touch therapists. A therapist cannot be changed after arrival.

Prohibited conduct

1. Refusing required hygiene measures such as showering, handwashing or gargling.
2. Damaging or stealing salon equipment or facilities.
3. Requesting sexual services or demanding unreasonable or unapproved services.
4. Secret photography, filming, audio recording or any similar surveillance.
5. Abusive language, threats, violence or any conduct that makes a therapist feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
6. Restraining or detaining a therapist outside the booked service time.
7. Using drugs or pressuring a therapist to use drugs.
8. Meeting a therapist outside the salon without going through the salon.
9. Recruiting or scouting therapists.
10. Harassment or malicious cancellation behavior.
11. Defamation, intimidation or harassment directed at the salon or a therapist.
12. False or malicious posts on message boards, social media or other online services.
13. Any other nuisance behavior the salon considers inappropriate.

If the salon determines that a guest has violated these rules, the service will end immediately and no refund will be provided. For serious conduct, the salon may contact the police, take action through legal counsel and permanently refuse future service.

Cancellation policy

No refund is provided for cancellation after a reservation — including an advance reservation — has been confirmed, or for cancellation after entering the room.

Same-day cancellation, no-show cancellation or conduct judged to be malicious is charged at 100% of the course fee plus therapist request fees.

If a cancellation fee remains unpaid, or the salon judges the conduct to be malicious, the official policy states that legal counsel may be used to investigate the subscriber information associated with the telephone number and formally claim the full cancellation fee together with actual investigation and collection costs.

Service may be refused to guests who

• Are under 18 or decline to cooperate with age verification.
• Appear to be visiting for mockery, surveillance or investigation.
• Are connected to organized crime or are judged to be equivalent.
• Do not understand or accept the salon's atmosphere and service rules.
• Have used intimidating or inappropriate language toward salon staff.
• Have fever, chills, extreme fatigue or are heavily intoxicated.
• May have an infectious disease.
• Have severe hypertension, heart disease, diabetes or kidney disease.
• Have fractures, bruises, sprains, inflammation or a recently operated area.
• Have varicose veins, rheumatism or gout without a doctor's approval.
• Are pregnant.
• Show signs of extreme emotional instability.
